All appointments must be cancelled at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the appointment date. A deposit may only be used to reschedule one appointment. Once a deposit is made and the client is a no-show, the deposit is forfeited.

A non-refundable $50 deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your service total. Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment by cash, Zelle, or card (3% processing fee on cards). Deposits must be made within 48 hours of booking.
Please ensure the service selected is accurate and includes appropriate add-ons. After booking, watch your email for a confirmation with studio address and parking details. Contact me via text or WhatsApp for assistance.
Being on time is essential. Arrivals beyond fifteen (15) minutes are subject to an additional $20 late fee. Anything past 15 minutes may result in cancellation. No exceptions.
All implements are hospital-grade sterilized between every client. Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell — your appointment can be moved without penalty when given proper notice.
